We are not too old to get stronger, but there are some things that you are too old for. If we don't start implementing all the things that we talk about every single week, our bodies are going to go down there. We are certainly too old to not push ourselves in strategic ways during our workout. But what you can't do is let your fitness go to the wayside unless that's what you want to accept as your story.
