The Importance of Appreciating and Expecting More
If we have a net good leader or boss, we should spend far more time appreciating that individual than criticizing and expecting more from them. There's a little bit of a risk in what I'm saying in concerns to if you're living under a tyrant versus if you'reliving under benevolent leadership. So not a call for apathy or settling, but a call to remember how much worse our lives could be.
