When should i start working out again? I get that question a lot. Strength training can be a positive stress for us, but when you are being smart with your strength training it could actually build your resiliency. If picking your kit up off the floor is like an 80 % effort at the time, and then you add a little bit of strength training, and then allof a sudden it's a 30% effort. That's huge. Weigh less than if it were like that 80%. So how do you know what makes a good programme?" "I want to spend the most time talking about this cause id think that it is confusing," he says.
