Is the Osha Vacion Mandate a Threat to the American Public?

The supreme court will be hearing challenges to both of the vaccine mandates from jo iden that made it to, or were appealed to the supreme court. The government is going to argue that there's a 19 seventies law which says osha has the authority to issue emergency rules on work place safety. But i don't think in those two mandates, anybody's going to see any enforcement before the supreme court actually hears it.
