I want to take a step back. It's been a couple of years since I've done in patient medicine. So those days are far behind me, but I can say, I think especially with the hyperactive delirium, sometimes those patients get the million dollar work up. We're doing your analysis and God help us, rejecting a TSH even though we would do exactly nothing with it if it was abnormal or neuroimaging or you touch your opponent for some reason. But I guess the point being is I feel like there's sort of a fair amount of diagnostic workup that goes into just out of desperation sometimes.
