How to Reduce Miscommunications
We have not been reading and writing for long enough to have evolved structures that are dedicated to the task. The earliest known examples of writing are from Mesopotamia, modern day Iraq, around 5,000 years ago. We tend to think of the eyes as these days, maybe a couple of digital cameras that are taking in all of the information around us and relaying it to the brain. And we see what we expect to be there.
