How to Understand Your CAG Payback Metrics

The CAG payback metric is also something that has been, you know, there are lots of interesting stats around it and benchmarks. But generally speaking, right, what you should be moving away from is like, how big is my CAG or whatever that means? Because it doesn't actually matter. It matters how long does it take you to recoup that CAG? That's the real thing. And I think where some of that stuff comes in like operationally useful is you want to start breaking out your different areas in the organization into their own little CAG paybacks streams.
