I think my competitive advantage is just like the skill set of putting myself in an uncomfortable situation and knowing all those like random cues are part of the process. Once the muscle gets so strong, any new challenge, physical activity, mental activity, something like that, could maybe become a little bit easier. And I think it just offers opportunities for us to explore other types of challenges that exist in the world all around us. Diet has been a huge part of this. We have like a private chef that delivers meals every three days. And they're all like calorie macro, carb, counten, and I just eat it and go into sleep.
