How to Say No to the Things You Don't Want
Most ADHDers are, but they get these stories in their head that they don't follow through in anything. So there's a lot of inner work that needs to happen when it comes to building systems that work for you. You have to have the courage to say no to other things in order for that to be like the top priority. And typically what happens is when you start to let go of other things, that other thing starts to come closer to you and there's magic there.
