I always thought that carmy worked at French laundry. I don't know what restaurant because he was in New York, he was in Copenhagen. He's worked in Chicago. So the show does do a good job of being like, carmy has worked at the best restaurants in the country or in the world to be more clear. But this is it. This wasn't Joe McHale's restaurant. And I couldn't tell if that was just the employees putting gas on that shit being like, we're the best. You're not clean forks though. We got confirmation in this episode that Luca was talking about carmy. Yeah, they, they work together with chef Terry at this
