Sean O'Higgian's Response to the Good Friday Agreement
Sean O'Higgian was a diplomat who did a huge amount of work getting, especially around the Downing Street declaration. He got American involvement in Ireland in the right place and also using that as a counterweight. It's funny because I interviewed him for the currency for the Good Friday Agreement. And he said to me: "You wanted to know whether you were ignorant on the issue?"
