How Do You Grow Ginger?
We sprouted on heat maps, then planted in the ground as early as possible in May sometime. Didn't keep it covered from there. We're discussing maybe using the greenhouse in a more force even capacity. But right now we are really just using it three season and only heating it during seedling propagation time. It's fun to learn the new cycle of a crop. Yes. After growing for 15 years, the same 40 crops over and over. I mean, that obviously you'd never stop learning with growing those 40 crops but adding something in it was it's been really cool over the last couple of years. And people receive it so well.
