The Importance of Externalizing the Experience

Even if you have a drug addiction, yes, you do need to detox. You also need to make behavioral change. It's not the same thing as a chemical addiction where you have no control. There may be some in between with it. But I think people decide which one it is because they want it to be rather than because that's what makes sense or that's practical.
