The Prime Minister's Not Going to Have a Personal Mandatory

Liz Trus will become prime minister on the votes of just 81 thousand people. She won convincingly, no doubt but with about 57%. That is actually the smallest percentage of any incoming conservative leader. It's perfectly legitimate for a party to change prime minister midstream. I'm sure it will happen again.
