One version of this argument plays out in expatriate communities or in immigrant communities, where you're talking to me from. You do have some voices within immigrant communities who do act as apologists for the British Empire and it's not always perfect but there are times when that is true. Jonathan Inquiry: The truth is that surprise, surprise, non white people think a variety of things just like white people do.
