The Catholic Encyclopedia Says There Was a Eucharistic Controversy

Even critics of the Catholic faith who believe that Catholicism is false admit that belief in the real presence goes back to the early church and did not appear ex-Nylo in the Middle Ages. There are Protestant apologists who have recently argued that Protestantism has an ancient pedigree and Catholicism does not. So I'm planning to address that in a full-length book at some point in the future, where I can go and deal with Webster more at length.
