The History of Funan Kingdom

Funan was an Indianized state, a network of states or a mandala located in mainland Southeast Asia. Funan goes back to about 2000 years before today. The first Queen or the first ruler of Funan was Queen Soma. She is claimed to be the first monarch of Cambodia. And Shahid the Shailandar dynasty was a very significant dynasty. It still rules Srivajya in Sumatra and so much. Java again has a 2000 plus year old Indian Hindu history. There's a good book by Arse Majumdar that throws a lot of light on the Indianized kingdoms.
