How Much of That Is Learned, and How Much Is Natural?

J. J.'s voice is very melodic, almost like a rapper or musician would speak. How much of that is learned, and how much of it is natural to you? It's natural to me now because i learned it, but it wasn't natural from the beginning. I made a specific intention coming on to this show to day, that i was going to be higher energy than i've found myself being on podcass lately. But it really comes from a lot of speaking practice.
