Take the loan, if you need it. It's set at inflation and yes, inflation looks really high,. But inflation is the rate at which prices are rising. Hopefully the government says it's going to be coming down. So over the next few years, we'd expect to see it dropping substantially from where it is. At that point as well, you'd have more of an idea of whether you're in a position to put down a deposit on a house or not.
