Mortgage Volumes at Eight, We Reckon That's Going to Have a Big Impact on Volumes

There will be a normalization period and there will be a trend to normal eventually, especially if you assume that the credit markets, you know, kind of normalize in the next couple of years. The other place where you see this general dynamic playing out is in their beta-stee business. So when volume comes back, these higher prices are going to apply to even more volumes. That's why you see a very high valuation for the company, at least now.
