Do You Know Yourself?
If you don't understand your own motivation and what r where that's coming from, auseis not actually about you. So ye, without a real understanding of the why em so do good, don't try. It's not about looking good. And the other thing was that is, i'd say, as well as knowing your craft, and there's lots of research about leadership being specific rather than generic. En aoways to do that well, specific to that doma. But you also need to know yourself.
