Tariq: Corporations are entering a phase where we have to reframe this work of diversity and inclusion. Women make up only 26% of those with computing jobs, even worse for black and Latinx women who hold roughly 5% of all computing jobs. Half of women in tech say they lack female role models,. A third say they have unequal growth opportunities compared to male colleagues. When you look at leadership, women make up just 5% in the tech industry. They're talking about being almost completely absent at the senior level with zero black or Latina women CEOs of Fortune 500 tech companies.
