After Google you went to Jim Vara to start up yeah and you worked there for about a year working on the special projects. You know basically I would do things like product manage and internal tool all the way down to just making sure that the reps were trained properly. And then I moved into a couple of different problems and one of the problems was called pricing, which is where I really discovered that pricing has an emotional impact as well as a physical effect.
