What Do Leaders Need?

Being a leader is, i think, oa a pretty special thing. It can also be a pretty lonely thing. I'm often impressed when leaders seek each other out for moral support or how to do my job better. How can we get this thing done in a way that our people who are that we're leading, are cheering us along and we're cheering them along as well?
