There were some members of the church who believe that in order to come unto Christ, you had to start by coming unto Judaism. Peter just had this amazing experience with Cornelius,. And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him. The endowment itself doesn't change. It's the spiritual power that comes from God. We've got a lot of these kinds of things, policies and procedures that are about to change so that the Lord can do His work.
