i love digitl everything very much, but i think one of the most underutilized s right now is snail mail. You can keep in touch with your cliento by a physical mail for the next ten years and still get a good return on investment. And important, the rise of digital has been important. It's incredibly important. But you can do a lot of that with physical mediums as well. A multi medeior approach makes so much sense.
