Is It a Cold or a Natural League?

I guess it's the same in the natural leagues as well. Sometimes you see competitors, they go pro maybe a little earlier, like a bit premature, and then it's like it's a bit tough for them. So i focus in slight growth on maybe parts like my chest, my handstrings. Quads, i think i cold get away with just cun of that in nytea. Shoulders, i just hammer all the time. I wish i could do less value and e allow e to go tet. Luckily for me though, those, i don't need much value at all. The maindnance valume for chests for me is like six cents a week
