The Asha Values - Leadership and Empowerment
We like to look at Asha as a family rather than an organization because we think the word family has a whole different connotation. We have these homework clubs that Asha where they can come and sit down and do their homework in peace. And we have a pay it forward program whereby all the students who are Asha students, we call them members of the Asha family. There's so much that's in my head right now that's come up at this conversation is turned into which I mean for me this is a really fascinating conversation about leadership.
