I know you've talked about the benefits of boundaries, but are there perhaps some obstacles to and or thinking they're created by disciplinary boundaries that might be too rigid? Yeah, and I think both and really invites us into rethinking that in some ways. How do you structure your organizations so that you can both go deep and figure out what the integration is across? And organizations have been thinking about this with matrix organizations. But we haven't overlaid the structure of the ways in which we can incentivize and encourage and structure the interdisciplinary.
