"As a worker protect yourself right protect your right your rights and if that involves forming a union to communicate with your higher ups um what you need in order to do your job," he says. "This is dominance back through everything we've seen ... it's awesome to see more and more workforce is actually do this and be successful with it so this is good news for the games industry" He adds: "I think get it get ahead of it or get in front of it and form a union and protect yourself i think that's the way to solve these things"
