How to Take a Break From Your Work

I've not been posting on YouTube for well I posted a week ago did not like the video deleted it and then this past Sunday which is when I upload I just did not upload anything. That is because I feel like I've kind of gotten there's been an unbalance you know I don't feel entirely aligned with the content that I'm creating as of late so yeah I've taken a bit of a step back to think and to realign myself with what I like and what I think is important to me. Sometimes one method that I like to use when I try to kind of figure things out and see situations objectively in a way is to pretend like my life is a movie.
