Did Dr. Pimplepoper Spread the Plague?
From 1200 to 1393, half of China died. Dropping their population from 123 million to 65 million. While the black death is considered to have lasted about four years, the second pandemic is it was called lasted for centuries. Under the initial wave that killed tens of millions, the black death came back every 10 years or so and could still kill a quarter of a city well into the 19th century. And even then, it was just replaced by cholera, which is a bacteria that causes you to shit yourself to death.
