How to Manage Customer Profiles Across Different Tenants of the Data Ecosystem
The challenge around customer profiles and particularly managing it across different tenants of the data ecosystem is the modeling aspect. I think on reverse CTL, we've gotten a lot of customer feedback that folks are doing this data modeling, this lifecycle development in their warehouse. They really want better support for what kind of data modeling their warehouse offers. We're going to get to that side and then ways to better hook into that data modeling development lifecycle.

Every business has customers, and a critical element of success is understanding who they are and how they are using the companies products or services. The challenge is that most companies have a multitude of systems that contain fragments of the customer's interactions and stitching that together is complex and time consuming. Segment created the Unify product to reduce the burden of building a comprehensive view of customers and synchronizing it to all of the systems that need it.
