Elon Musk has said he wants to grow Twitter's user base from around $235 million now to a billion. Tom Foreman: One of his complaints, and he has many complaints about Twitter, is that he wants it to be more useful to people. He says in the U.S., we've become really accustomed to having a whole slew of apps on our phones. foreman: I find it kind of clunky and I love the idea of something more like a super app.
