So making sure that you know, you have a desire to represent the company well, but also represent the community with respect and compassion. And then knowing the difference between a one o one conversation with a trusted co worker or community member, versus a public statement. But also really effectively and efficiently supporting your team, as well as other teams throughout the company n navigate challenging situations within the community.
