Is There a Non-Disclosure Agreement?

I don't understand the logic behind it unless like United perhaps paid some hush money to say don't, please don't go to the press with it. I just don't ever want to be on a plane that does that sort of thing because it sounds absolutely terrifying. Particularly in the States. You think everybody would have their phones out and be Twittering and Facebooking and whatever. But I'm sure, you know, both these incidents will be investigated and it'll all come out in the wash. When it does, we will definitely be feeding back on that.
