The next area that I like to dive into which is somewhat related to this like ownership mentality is like how good of a strategic thinker are they. somebody that you're interviewing for especially an executive level position really needs to be able to actually like understand your business equation. The final thing is how does this person basically fit into your particular company and so I like sometimes to have founders basically list out here or strength your weaknesses both in terms of like personalities traits and like management styles but then also like true like domain expertise right?
