Python's Yearly Support for 3.2

Python has gone to this yearly support, yearly release cycle. So it is a new version of Python every year. And what that means with the long-term support was we're still supporting 3.6. The next version 5.0 will be drops support for 2.7, 4.8 and 2.9. But within its lifetime, all of a sudden there'll be two more.
