I think I really needed the kind of support that wasn't just like negotiating the deal and navigating publishing, but specifically like, how do I write a book that does like checks the boxes that I want to check for what this book actually looks like? My current lit agent, it works at United Talent. She works at UTI sold probably at this point a hundred plus books. Like knows the industry in and out is literally calling me and I love her,. And so it's much more like a traditional kind of lit agent relationship. But yeah, I think I need somebody who I know I can trust.
