Is Justin Fields on the Bears' Roster?

Justin Fields was as dynamic a runner as basically any quarterback we've ever seen coming to the league running the ball other than Lamar Jackson. The weapons around him were a problem, but his passing has been good, maybe not great. I just think Bears fans getting upset that either people like us talking about it or even the Bears considering it are crazy.
