Chris: We always looked for people who were problem solvers and aptitude rather than specific technologies. And the way that we did hiring as well, we didn't outsource it to a recruiter like most tech businesses do where they get recruitment agency to come along and throw them 100 CVs. It's harder to change the behavior of an individual than change what they know. You can teach people things, facts,. you know, syntax, you know, technology, but you can't. Change an individual's behavior. So, we really prioritized behavioral traits kind of in the initial hiring process.
