The Importance of Science in Wetlands Protection
There is an interest in protecting the water, but it's just never going to make for a good Netflix film. There was actually in the enacted text, there was a pretty compelling statement and that this is the whole adjacent wetlands That can include wetlands that are separated from navigable waters by a berm, a narrow pile of dirt. The majority respond to that argument but I don't think it ever has a good argument for just the dictionary definition.
