Is Fish Oil Inflammatory?

NAFLD progressing liver failure is now the leading cause of a need for liver transplants. If you give them fish oil, it will not only not cause the liver failure, but if they've already got a partial liver failure, it will cure it. Cutting seed oils was a better treatment for chronic headaches than any known drug. There's really no solid data to say that seed oils are inflammatory.
