IRC 30D Tax Credit

The previous version of the, what was called IRC 30D, which we all refer to as just the federal EV tax credit provided up to a $7,500 tax credit. In 2019, basically 80% of the tax credit went to people making above $100,000 a year and more than 50% made above $200,000 right? And I think if you talk about who is driving cars that don't have fully functional emission systems, who is driving vehicles that are running with worn out tires -- they're doing a disproportionate amount of polluting simply because they can't afford to upgrade their vehicle. 25% of the vehicles on the road in America today are 16 years or older.
