The real issue here is the assault on the body. It did resuscitate him he did come back to life not for very long and it might be the difference between a family member being able to come or not come for a visit there's obviously special circumstances for every case. But what's I think hard to understand in this setting is that you're probably going to break his ribs so why are you really abusing this person physically who is a shell of what he once was? And again many times up there the answer may be there are good reasons, but I think the violence of it is unappreciated until you actually sit down and hear the truth.
