The Human Factors Approach to Safety and Health

Most of my work is in safety and human factors. The great thing about the factors is that it takes a course out of principles and can then use them across a whole range of domains. So you can be working in a transport system on one project and then moving to a healthcare system and another project using the same kinds of principles. And that's why I find it really fascinating.
