Are the Creditors Really Going to Leverage the Floods?
I think that argument is just being made for purposes of I think just like putting on a public face trying to use the floods or leverage the floods as a means to persuade the creditors to loosen the terms. If he can credibly show them that his intention is to help the flood victims that the rescheduling that he's asking for may well be forthcoming. But if the demand for rescheduling is accompanied by talk of reviving the economy then I don't think anyone in the in the world wants to really contribute to reviving parts trans economy. Any number of creditors who would be glad to, you know, assist in that process we've seen that already the ad b is stepped forward
