The scene is from the now cancelled tev show c s i siber. Another spin off show from the seemingly endless c s franchise. This car had been hacked, stolen from someone's garage and controlled remotely by a hacker who not only loved to race, but loved to crash. And honestly, i don't know the answer, but i can tell you this, it does scare the hell out of me.
