How Do You Get Your Team Together?

The first part of the queuing is with the call out. You want that briefer to be calm, to be very experienced and be able to read the team. The second part is where the briefing, the intel and plans people come into place in the incident command system. We have assignments already going. Our command post folks are looking at the probability of different areas of where that person may be. And so as those four people get there, we do a quick brief and off they go.
