There's no doubt to anybody who's anywhere near this that the US did this. The only player was, I don't know, maybe, is Montenegro part of NATO? But I can guarantee you NATO did do it because they'd be shooting themselves in the foot. This is the biggest open secret to everybody in the community. It'll be one of the great mysteries of the Western civilization.
